Wander through 2.5 acres of edible land and natures botanical - each with their own unique flavour,.

 

Begin your tour with a foraging adventure through the Garden of Re-Imagination. Participants will gather wild leaves and edibles to bring back and cook at camp. The 90 minute foraging trail allows you to explore the wide range of habitats homed in Esk Mountain.

 

Following the guided walk, you will gather around the campfire where the evening feasting will begin. First, you will sit and watch a demonstration from expert Kloe on how to transform regular greens into a three-course feast - from preparation to cooking over an open fire.

 

The feast includes a Starter, Main and Desert, alongside one hot and one cold drink. Some dishes include nettle and wild garlic soup and bramble tip. Some beverages may include sparkling spruce tip cooler or nettle and mint tea.

Group Size

There is a max of 12 people per group.

There is a minimum of 10 people required for the tour to take place.

This tour is best suited for those aged 12yrs and up.

Itinerary

This tour is available on Saturdays weekly until the end of September. The tour will begin at 5.30pm and finishes at 9pm.
