Welcome at 6:40 for your day tour departure at 07:00 from Dublin Heuston Station.

You will be assisted by our tour leader throughout the day, also to change at Limerick Junction for the Limerick-bound train. Upon arrival in Limerick, our group will take a luxury coach. You will cross Ireland’s longest river (Shannon) with views of King John’s Castle to the right. The castle was completed at the start of XIII c. and initiated the expansion of the settlement.

We stop at Bunratty Castle and a nearby folk park. After this visit and a short drive, we are in Co. Clare. Lunch stop at O’Connor’s Pub in Doolin gives us extra preparation time before we see and walk the Cliffs of Moher. Within the area of this UNESCO Geopark, there is plenty of time to visit. Our trip leader will advise you of the departure time. From Cliffs of Moher, we take the coast road around Galway Bay, through Burren, and then we join the main road to Galway. In the City, we planned free time to explore the streets around Eyre Square or grab a bite to eat before catching the train back to Dublin.

We depart from Galway by train, and our spectacular day trip concludes in Dublin, Heuston at 21:45hrs.
